The Lifestyle Prescription Method™ finds the “Needle in the haystack” and brings unexpressed emotions into the light of day. It reveals unresolved emotional stress – your unique, often subconscious reactions to life events. Far from being a long and painful process, all it takes is a few simple questions.

When we have unexpressed emotions or beliefs hidden deep within our unconscious minds, these play out in our lives as dis-ease or repeating negative patterns such as problems in our relationships.

Unexpressed emotions will never die. They are buried alive and will come forth later in uglier ways.

After just 1 hour, we will have started to pinpoint the” triggers” that may lie at the root of your physical illness or relationship problems.

Once this trigger is identified, 3 things will happen:

  • You will start to understand why your body is producing symptoms, or why you always seem to have problems in your relationships.
  • You can take steps to release the “triggers” that have been creating problems in your life.
  • Your coaching can be targeted – specifically tailored to deliver the most effective results. It won’t be about talking it over and over, it will be about releasing the past and moving to a better place quickly.

The trouble with stress

Let’s be honest, stress happens. It’s part of life.

The trouble is when we have unresolved emotions and beliefs, we perceive events through the lens of those emotions or beliefs. If we have an unconscious belief or emotion around e.g. “not being good enough” then a simple comment by a partner or boss at work can trigger us, result in stress, and long term this can lead to illness , problems in relationships or other areas of our lives.

By using The Lifestyle Prescription Method™, these repeating patterns can be released. The result is less stress and a life filled more with joy and happiness. I’m not saying that you won’t experience stressful events, but when they happen you will deal with them in a far more resourceful way.
