Get in Touch
Get in touch to book your free 30 minute discovery call. I’d love to hear from you and discuss how I can help you make rapid changes to your life. Fill in the form and I’ll be in touch shortly.
All sessions are held in the convenience of your home, on zoom.
Note: Please check your spam, junk or marketing folders for my response, as some email providers divert any response to these locations.
If you decide to book sessions with me, following the free consultation, then I will first send you forms to fill out. The first form asks you to provide a brief personal history and what you would like to achieve from the sessions. The other forms are a consent form and a form which outlines how I process your personal data.
Once you have signed and sent back these forms, we will book your first session, and I will email you an invoice requesting payment prior to the session. The sessions all take place on Zoom and I will send you a zoom link prior to each of our sessions together.
My coaching follows a 5 step coaching process, and the first couple of sessions will look to identify the emotions and beliefs that have contributed to your illness or relationship problems. Once we have identified these, then I will use techniques to release these energies such as EFT. Once we have released the underlying emotions and beliefs, we will use a number of different techniques to resolve forgiveness of yourself and others. This is important since forgiveness sets us free to move on with our lives. We then look at your energetic system, with a focus on your Chakras, to increase your vitality and improve your ability to manifest what you want in life. The final step is the exciting step, where we identify what you want from life, and then use a number of different techniques to attract this into your life.
Whilst my 5 step coaching flow is the backbone of my programme, I use an array of additional resources depending on the needs of my clients. You also receive handouts which outline a number of my techniques, so that you can use these techniques yourself, both alongside our time together and if the need arises in the future. In effect, you end up with your own personal toolkit which you can dip into if and when life throws you a curve ball.
Emotions and beliefs shape our reality. Negative beliefs, thoughts and emotions have a physical and mental effect on our bodies. Thoughts are mental perceptions which are made from our ideas, opinions, and beliefs about ourselves and the world around us. The beliefs that we hold, often outside conscious awareness, are usually created before the age of 7. These beliefs drive our unique reaction to life events … In other words how we perceive the event itself and the emotions we experience.
Imagine, for a second, that you are being asked to scale a tall skyscraper … Some of you will relish the thought and feel excitement… whilst others might experience fear in the pit of the stomach … This is all determined by your beliefs. Some people will believe it’s exciting, others will believe it’s dangerous.
If you are holding onto beliefs that are leading to “stress” then eventually your body may develop dis-ease … you are literally at unease with life.
Numerous studies have shown a link between chronic stress and damaged physical health. Stress produces a hormonal reaction – specifically, the `fight or flight’ hormone cortisol. While the occasional burst of cortisol is healthy, chronically high levels are not.
A 2003 study (1) showed self-reported stress levels in a cohort of Swedish women predicted subsequent breast cancer.
Our beliefs also drive how we respond in our relationships. If you are holding onto , for example a belief that you are “unworthy”, then the smallest comment by your partner may be misinterpreted by you, lead to you being triggered and the end result is yet another argument. In addition, feeling insecure, even if it’s unconscious, will result in your body being in “fight or flight” most of the time. This causes untold damage to the body and if left unchecked can result in all manner of dis-ease.

No, they do not replace conventional medical care. They work alongside your treatment, helping you take a more active role in your own move back to wellbeing.
It’s important that you maintain contact with your medical team throughout the programme.
You must not cease any treatment or stop taking medication prescribed by your healthcare provider without prior consultation with that professional.
I have been conducting all of my coaching on Zoom for the last two years, and have seen that I get just as good results, to when a client is in the same room as me. If we take EFT as an example, I send my clients a handout explaining how to do the technique prior to the coaching session, and then guide the client through the process on Zoom. The benefit is that the client learns how to do the technique themselves so they can always use the EFT, whenever the need arises. I haven’t had any clients who didn’t grasp how to use the technique … It’s not that difficult…and the knock on effect is that clients have experienced more rapid personal growth as a result.
Furthermore, there is no need for you to drive to my office. You take less time out of your day, and you experience the coaching sessions from the comfort of your own home.
Lifestyle changes can be difficult. They involve breaking deep-seated habits – and sometimes battling addictions such as overeating, smoking, drugs and alcohol.
Making changes at a conscious level is rarely successful in the long term. I can help you make changes at a deep, subconscious level.
As a result, making positive lifestyle changes will become instinctive and natural – even those habits you’ve struggled with for years.
No, I am not a licensed healthcare professional. If you are receiving treatment for cancer, it is vital that you continue with that treatment and maintain contact with your medical team.
The techniques that I use are designed to reduce the fear, stress and anxiety following a medical diagnosis.
By reducing stress, you get 2 immediate benefits:
The unpleasant side-effects of cancer treatment are reduced.
The likelihood of faster recovery is increased.
In the longer term, once you are in remission, these programmes will help you make positive decisions that will improve your future prospects, both physically and emotionally.
