My coaching follows a 5 step coaching process
I am dedicated to moving you to a happier place quickly. My coaching isn’t about talking over and over about the past, rather it’s about clearing the energies, then finding solutions and actions that will help you get better at life.
Whilst I use my 5 step coaching flow, as the backbone to my coaching, I tailor all of my sessions according to your unique circumstances to help you achieve the change you desire.

REVEAL:
We identify the emotions and beliefs that have contributed to your illness or relationship problems, using the Lifestyle Prescription MethodTM.
Emotions and beliefs shape our reality … But the problem is that they are often outside our conscious awareness.
If you are experiencing wellness, vitality and healthy relationships, then there is no need to change any of your beliefs or emotions … in fact you probably wouldn’t be looking at my website But if hidden emotions and beliefs are putting you into “fight or flight”, dis-ease or contributing to unhealthy relationships, then by changing these energies, you can start to get better at life.

RELEASE:
We use techniques to release the emotions and beliefs such as EFT and Time Line TherapyTM. Once released, you will find yourself reacting to life differently, and will no longer be triggered as before. Anything that reduces stress lessens your chances of becoming unwell in the future… And this is particularly important if you have been diagnosed with cancer, because being in “stress”, slows down the healing process.
RECONCILIATION:
We use a number of different techniques to resolve forgiveness of yourself and others. This is important since forgiveness sets us free to move on with our lives.
RE-ENERGISE:
We then look at your energetic system, with a focus on your Chakras, to increase your vitality and improve your ability to manifest what you want in life.
RE-EMERGE:
The final step is the exciting step. We identify what you want from life, and then use a number of different techniques to attract this into your life.
Your own personal toolbox to get better at life
Whilst the 5 step coaching flow is the backbone of my programme, I use an array of additional resources depending on the needs of my clients. You also receive handouts which outline a number of my techniques, so that you can use these techniques by yourself whenever the need arises.
In effect, you end up with your own personal toolbox which you can dip into if and when life throws you a curve ball.
