Whilst I use my 5 step coaching flow, as the backbone to my coaching, I bespoke all of my sessions according to your unique circumstances to help you achieve the change you desire as quickly as possible.

I’m Sharon Curry, and I understand what you are going through.

For many of us it’s the shock of a cancer diagnosis, or reaching rock bottom in a relationship that gets us thinking about what we want out of life….. This happened to me.

  • I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in 2010. I can remember the shock, and then the fear. Am I going to die? I felt isolated and lonely. And there was a constant fear… What happens if it comes back?
  • Along with a history of chronic illnesses, which started in my early 20’s, I was also doing “Groundhog Day” with my partners. I would think that I had found “the one”, and then further down the line, it would always end badly.
  • I was sad, lost, overweight, and covering up the fact that at some level I didn’t feel good enough.

Following the diagnosis, I left the corporate world, and explored how I could turn my life around. Using the techniques that are part of my 5 step coaching flow, I now enjoy life, and know that even if I hit a rocky patch, that I have the resources to turn things around.
